Bag Essentials

Bag Essentials

Traditionally, the Koodai knotting technique in India was used to create bags for everyday life, whether collecting goods from the market, travelling, or simply carrying lunch for the day ahead. Their durability and practicality have stood the test of time. For me, our bags has become a wardrobe essential and is something I rarely leave the house without.

As someone who regularly travels to London, I need a bag that can carry everything I might need throughout the day while still feeling effortless to wear. Here's what you'll always find inside mine:

  • A good book – train journeys are always better with a great story.
  • A leather-bound notebook – you never know when inspiration might strike.
  • My ocean blue water bottle – staying hydrated is a must.
  • A few snacks – always good to have on hand.
  • My laptop – for work on the go.
  • A cosy sweater and an umbrella – because you never quite know what the British weather has in store.
  • Lip balm – a daily essential.
  • And, of course, my wallet and keys.

Having a well-made bag is truly a necessity as it becomes part of your everyday routine, carrying the little things that make each day run smoothly.

What can you not live without in your everyday bag?

A woven tote bag with a bright orange base and a vibrant pink gradient top and handles, set against a light gray studio background.
